Student Observation

After submitting your online application through TADS, you will be contacted by a staff member to schedule an observation for your child. The observation considers your child's developmental level and makes comparisons to the developmental age of other children in his/her age range. It is a tool used to ensure that RHCA will meet your child's developmental and educational needs.

Family Interview

After the student observation is completed, you will be contacted to schedule a family interview with the Principal-Head of School.

The purpose of the parent interview is to ensure that RHCA is capable of delivering the education you desire for your child and that you, as parents, are aware of the expectations you will have of your child's spiritual, mental, and physical lives as members of the Academy. In short, we want to ensure we are all on the same page as we begin this educational endeavor as partners!

We require that both parents be present for the interview (including divorced families). If this presents a problem, the family can discuss alternative arrangements with the Principal when scheduling the interview.
